2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Tickets must be presented at the event entrance for validation.

  • GAIA VIP reserves the right to deny entry to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, security concerns or failure to comply with event rules.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • GAIA VIP reserves the right to change event dates, venues, or lineups at its discretion.

  • In the case of event cancellation, refunds or rescheduled dates will be communicated via official channels.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must behave respectfully towards others, including staff, performers, and fellow guests.

  • Any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography & Recording

  • By attending GAIA VIP events, you acknowledge and agree that GAIA VIP may record, photograph, or film the event.

  • Attendees consent to their image, likeness, and voice being captured and used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, advertisements, and press releases.

  • If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival; however, GAIA VIP cannot guarantee exclusion from all media coverage.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • GAIA VIP is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring at or in connection with our events.

  • Attendees assume all risks associated with event participation.

  • GAIA VIP reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Some GAIA VIP events may have age restrictions. Valid ID may be required for entry.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected through ticket purchases or event registration will be handled per our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
